How do I remove the inventory in my stock exhaust?

It appears that the threads about how to remove all the baffles in the stock exhaust system are gone. I have searched and searched but no luck. I want to remove more than just the baffles and wonder if there is an easier way than cutting the whole thing apart. Any and all help in the matter is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Franco, that was the one I was looking for but it came up as "cannot be found" from other links.. This is a fairly simple mod, ever heard of anyone gutting it completely? I got a new stock system but want it as loud as I can get it without ruining the look at all.

Get a inside to out claw for a slide hammer. On V&H you have 2 screws. Remove the screws. There located on the frame side of the pipes. Once that is done. Put the slide hammer claws in the baffle. Now screw the big nut expanding and grabbing the baffle. Now work the weight on the slide hammer. Usually takes 2-3hits and entire baffle system comes out. There usually 16-18" long.

Great. I'll try that first. How is it with plugs pulled compared to the V&H Big Radius?
They sound almost the same tune.... If it was now though, I would take the the two rear ones entirely... and to the two closest to the engine I would just drill a hole so those would act like the washer trick to keep a bit of back pressure. You will always have time to go back and remove more.

You wont be disappointed, they do sound good!

I then had to find a new set of pipes so to be able to pass the inspections!!! lol

I have decided to gut them completely and have talked a certified pipe welder to weld them back together for me. Just too hot to work outside right now so I'll wait a little bit. No worries....

Sorry, didn't find where to add text as I was uploading from my phone. Got them all gutted and they will be welded this week. They sure didn't make it easy but I expect the result to be awesome.

Just super happy how this turned out. It sounds awesome, doesn't scrape like the V&H BR, and looks bone stock. The backfire is there but I love it, sounds like a shotgun going off and I love that sound too so it's all good. Thanks Matt for selling me this "like new" system.

That bike is awsome. But there is something missing in the pic.
If you are referring to my lovely wife, you are right. Due to what took place it will be a while before I can talk her in to doing it again unfortunately. However, she just made it on a gun dealer website promoting a firearm I just had custom made for her... :yesnod:

I recorded a video yesterday but its impossible to hear the bike correctly. It sounds just like BRADD's 124 with BR without the baffles, as we rode together for a little test run. Mine makes a little bit louder noise during deceleration was the only thing the ladies noticed as different. I don't think we left anybody sleeping in the neighborhood though...
