Hooking up my new lights?

Hey Guys, I am wiring up new LED lights to my 02 Pro Sport. All I had was the turn signals in the front and now with the new lights I have the option of running lights with the turn signals. The problem is where can I connect them? I think all I really need is a hot wire that comes on when you turn the key on but I am not sure which wire that would be. I temporarily hooked the running light wires to the headlight and it worked but they go off if I go to high beam.

Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to connect this part of the light.

a hot wire only with the key in the on position but make sure it is on a fuse and dont tap just any wire, you need to choose wisely

Thanks David, maybe I will just tap into the headlight since it runs on the low beam 99% of the time anyway and its in the same plug as the turn signals.

Here is the plug. The purple and brown are the turn signals and the white and yellow are the headlights.
