Had a CVO Streetglide with the 110 engine and it had very good pickup compared to the standard Harley models which had the 96 cu/in, now they all have 103 engines so their performance is getting better but the 117 on my BD pulls harder than even the 110 Harley engine and the sound is better too.

All I can say is BDM had the 117's built very mild evidently. My Street Glide with the 113 will make my Dog tuck it's tail between it's legs. There is no comparison between the two. Does anyone know which cam the '07 117 would have? I've noticed my K9 to perform better mid to top end and would like it to be more low to mid where I ride the most.

This winter the Dog is get'n some engine work done.

more cubic inches, less weight. My 06 Mastiff with the 600 cam and a SuperTrapp 2 into 1 will beat my 2012 SE Street Glide. Both have enough power to get me into trouble, but the Dog is a whole lot more fun to ride.
