I am making some clutch diaphragm springs that will bolt into your stock RSD (right side drive) style clutch. They will have 30% more spring pressure than your stock spring. I am looking at selling these along with a new O-ring seal for your primary cover a gasket or O-ring seal for the inspection cover and possibly even a quart of primary oil. This will all be sold as a kit to anyone that is interested. It will work with the older style clutch along with the newer easy pull style. I will also include instructions on how to gain the proper spring dome height along with shims to achieve this. Anyone interested send me a message and I'll save it so I can contact you when I get a bunch made up.
I have installed these into a few bigdogs and the customers love them, no more chances of that clutch slipping, just concerns they will burn up more rear tires
I am still working on a price but will post one as soon as I figure out time on laser cutter and parts and material costs.
***Keep in mind, if your clutch has been slipping a lot and has been for a while, this may not fix the problem, more than likely you will need a new clutch pack along with a new pressure plate.
***However after install of the parts listed above (clutch pack, ect...) you should have a very long lasting clutch for that high HP bike of yours.:up:
