High/low beam problem

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if one of you folks can help me out.
I took my bike for a ride the other night and when I switched the headlight from Low beam to High beam everything worked fine. the light switched and the blue indicator light came on. Now when I try to switch back to low beam the blue light just keeps flashing and will not switch to low beam.
I disconnected the battery and then when I reconnected it the High beam is still on. I pulled the light out of the bucket and everything looks fine. I thought maybe the switch was bad but it must be doing something since when I press the low beam button the blue indicator light will flash. Would anyone have any Idea what might be wrong.

yes I think also that the low beam is blown

Best investment you can make. Your low beam is burnt out.

Wait until you try to get the headlight ring off.... I'll bet you will be thinking about a LED light that will last awhile instead of another H-4 bulb.....
