Hid vs led headlight...

I know that there is a ton on the topic. My hid just went out after several years. Hi beam blew within months but it was dimmer than the low so it served no purpose. Now leds have come a long way in the last couple of years. Does anyone have a side by side view of hid vs led. I know the pros and cons just looking for brightest and cool factors

I don't have a side by side view of HID vs LED, but from what I have experienced the LED seems to be brighter. I have an 8000 HID system that I never installed, if you are still wanting to stay with the HID I'll take $50 shipped and its yours.

i have ran both over the years and am currently running the led with projector lenses from wild steed works, hands down btter than the hid systems out there, save yourself the aggravation of not having the BEST light out there and BUY IT, you wont be disappointed..http://www.wildsteedworx.com/index...._info&cPath=65_68_173_82_100&products_id=1254

Thanks for the replies fellas. Turns out the hid is fine. I lost a set screw in the bucket and my lens was rotating around and it twistwd the wiring together at the bulb and just ground out. Un twisted them taped the exposed wires and whala hid is back... though now i am interested in an led set up.

Im aware. I yave seen others with front turns as running lights as well. My 03 doesn't have that option. Front blinkers only

I'm note familiar with the 03', do they just have a bulb instead of the LED board?

They have an LED board, but they are not running lights, just signals
