I have a question, and really to everyone here... what is your thoughts on racing stripes on a seat?

I'm thinking about doing reverse racing stripes, i.e. orange, on my seat to match my paint.

You could keep with that theme, he has some hammered copper vinyl stuff that would look sweet with some ostrich or alligator or even better ray stripes!

I wouldn't do it. I think you'll be taking away from the paint scheme and the seat will be too busy. Do the seat in a exotic leather of some sort or with some embroidery.

Shame you don't have one of those photo programs that you could paint different schemes on the photo. Could do a dive helmet embroidery on the flat where the BDM is???? I'm with Rainman about being a bit busy. Exotic leather makes a statement. My2

I think (not worth much ) that it will look like a boat where the seats are all done to follow the stripping.
I agree with those that say go with some exotic leather to set the whole thing off. But bottom line is you have to be happy with it!

I think I would go with something exotic and if you wanted to do something extra what about a small "SS" custom stitched some where on the seat. For example you could to the "SS" where the BDM logo is on the seat.
