Thanks. yes i have searched. This shit is confusing to me though. I don't understand this jet shit. Plus here is where I really get confused (i am thinking about removing the baffles in the vances, and putting the thunder city baffles in). I would love to just remove the baffles all together for that real loud bark, but i don't want to lose back pressure and low end torque. But now i will probably need another size jet right???

EFI----- Just put them on and ride....:D

I put the BCT QQ baffles 5" from end of pipes and then cut the stock V&H baffles and re installed them. Sounds excellent....The reason I did this was to try and keep the NY State leo's off my azz and still have a decent sound.

I've not heard the original BCT baffles so I cannot comment on them. I did run it with just BCT QQ baffles & the sound was soooo much better than the stock V&H baffles. They added a deeper sound not tinny at all and no decel popping. The baffles combined with the dual runner intake made a noticable difference in overall power.

Yeah, I think I will just get them, and a set of jets and just fuckin ride. And go from there. LOL It will all work out.

.
I changed the pipes on the Wife's EFI Harley. I had to get the Power Pack to adjust the Map on the Bike. It did run, but when I changed to the recommended setting by Vince & Hines it ran much better. Just saying :whoop:

Carlos :whoop:

Take your V&H baffles and cut them in Half, your jetting should be about 31/ 74 or even a 76 depending on you air cleaner. I used to run the V&H with 1/2 Baffles 600 cam & spike Air Cleaner with 31/76 on a XXX Carb, Bike ran really good. I have a different setup now :whoop:

Yeah man, I am not worried about putting the jets in. Just confused on what jets with which baffles, etc. Cars are much easier. LOL

Ok Little boo, I have the stock air cleaner, with a K & N filter, so that helps me with the jet size you are recommending. Do the factory baffles come out easy, and are they easy to cut? Thanks!

31 / 76 on mine and perfect but I do have some Martin Bros that back fired like hell. Tried a 32/76 but not 78. Any decel pop? Would like to Chrome mine and throw em' back on. They don't scuff on the turns.
