Wanted to share this with my fellow Ridgeback owners. I just got a new saddle bag that is custom made to fit on the Ridgeback, left side. I wanted one for the left side so it would be more hidden, and blended into the bike.

I got this from my dealer here in St. Louis, Missouri at Gateway Bigdog, they are the supplier for this "Ridgeback Saddle Bag". If anyone is interested in getting one their phone number is 314-291-6333, and ask for Ryan in parts.

The dimensions are 3" deep, 6.5" wide, and 14" tall on the front, and 11" tall in the back. It's custom made to fit on the Ridgeback left side in front of the license plate bracket, and follow the lines of the frame. Cost is $149.95. Here are a few pics, just installed on my Ridgeback.

I wish they made one for k9 I guess the suspension is the problem.
Actually they do, but it would go on the right side, which would make it a little wider. This one is not as wide so it would be able to fit in front of the license plate bracket.

Awesome!! I think I may do this... Your bike is so cool Reaper... :zdrool: They'll already have the dimensions for the bag, so all I have to do is ask for a replica seeing as how our bikes are the same year and all, right? :whoop: Sounds like your dealer is a keeper!! :2thumbs:

Would it work with passenger pegs??

Kool Reaper!! OK I'm getting one ordered, I'm sooo sick of my sissy bar bag! It looks as if the passenger pegs will fit in just fine, does the kickstand just rest along the bottom of the bag?

BTW, your chopper is ultra C L E A N !!

Absolutely, just tell them you want a left side Ridgeback saddle bag. If you get it, you will be impressed by the quality of it. I don't use passenger pegs, but it doesn't look like the passenger peg bracket would be an issue. If you call them, ask them about that.

Thanks man. After getting my springer, I had to move the tool roll to the frame, and I just didn't like the look of it. Talked to my dealer, and was given this option. The bag does not interfere with the kickstand. I will have to look and see if the stand touches the bag when retracted.
