I have had many super easy carburetors on many kinds of motorcycles but this one is giving me a fit! I have a 2000 Harley fat boy I put inch and three-quarter to 2 1/4 pipes on it they’re straight pipes, then I bought it as soon as super easy it didn’t run right from the start I talked ass and ass they put a 6I have had many super easy carburetors on many kinds of motorcycles but this one is giving me a fit! My H-D Fatboy was a 2013 fuel injected so, never did fool around changing jets. However, when I changed pipes on my BigDog Mastiff the dealer changed the Main jet from a 72 to a 74. Never did change the intermediate jet until I had some engine work done and different pipes as well. I currently run a 0.32 intermediate and a 78 main. I run it rich to eliminate the deceleration popping. You are running a 295 intermediate and a 66 main jet. Maybe it's a 29.5 intermediate with a 66 Main jet. I thing you need to put the old carb back or use the same size jet you had before the pipe change. The pipe change would make it lean but you would notice some back firing on deceleration more than any thing else. Try going up one jet size at time. If you have a 29.5 and move up to a 31 intermediate and see if that gets you going to at least 3000 RPM if not change it back to 29.5 and change the main jet up two or three numbers and see if it works. I would do it one jet at a time or take it to someone who knows who's on First or what's on second. I don't know anything about Super Easy Carbs, maybe someone else will chime in and set both me and you straight. LOL

Thank you for your reply, I have tried every jet combination you can think of. I spoke with customer support they even gave me a jet combination for this altitude but still the same thing. It’ll go fine at low RPM’s in first and second gear Sarah gear when you try to crack it open a little bit it just starts hesitating and messing and acting like it’s running out of gas and then you can rabbit a red past that and then ride it like you stole it and it’ll run fine it’s just a spot between secondAnd third year around 2500 RPM even higher gears want you back off of it a little and let it drop down to about 20 503,000 RPM it just goes right back to Michigan and skipping and acting like it’s running out of gas. I’ve tried the tricks for intake leaks and everything but I’m just coming up as a dead end of the stick every time.
