The tank dash on my 05 Mastiff has started rattling and it's driving me crazy. The nearest BD shop is 30 miles one way and I hate to take it over just for that.
It looks as if the tank is held in place by a single allen screw up front or I should say one on each side. Can someone tell me if this is a big deal to remove myself? I would think that I could reach the bolts/screws that tighten the dash without having to remove the tank hoses. If I take out the allen screws and slightly lift the tank can I reach them?
