Help with removal of TP rocker boxes on 117

Hey folks, I'm trying to remove my TP rocker boxes on the 05 Ridgeback to have them re-chromed since they're pitted to hell. Everything went well until I got to the rear cylinder, one of the bolts on the rocker cap is directly beneath the frame...not only can I not get an allen wrench on it, nor does it look like the bolt would be able to come out without contacting the frame. Has anyone done this? I'm sure I'm missing something, but right now the only option I'm seeing is to remove the whole damn engine for this:bang:. HELP!

Thanks for the help guys, pretty simple simple solution! I was tossing around the idea about whether to replace or re-chrome until I got a quote from Browns Plating for 300$ for the set...I haven't found a S&S set yet that was below $600 unless someone knows of a set cheaper out there?

Wait a few days and Bigdogpartsking will have some on e-bay again. His site is not showing any parts for now but usually he bring things back within a couple of days.
