Help with oil leak

Rear Cyinder base gasket leaking

Here is my problem, I have been working on this guys bike. I have done the EHC module update and oil change. (This leak is not residue from oil change)This bike does not leak a drop of oil when it is on the bike lift sitting straight up. But when I put it on the kick stand it leaks oil. (One Big Drop 1 inch in diameter) What I have found is the rear cylinder base gasket leaking. How hard is this to replace and what problems should I be aware of.

(One Big Drop 1 inch in diameter)I have resealed the inner primary case. It leaks in the same spot as before primary reseal. It now looks like it is coming out of the rear lower engine case stud. The primary case is dry. Before I re-pull the inner primary case of again I want to check with all you experts. Please help and thanks for any advice you can give me..

Any chance you can post a picture of the bike and where the leak is.

Sorry 2007 mastiff. Also can not post pictures. But directly under crankshaft. There is two studs with nuts that hold the crank case together. It is leaking by the rear stud. The nuts are tight.
