HELP, RidgeBack shuts down, lights off, but Hazards on.

So just recently I had a new clutch installed. Since I have gotten it back if I give at all a hard throttle while in gear. The bike will shut down, all lights turn off, and hazards come on immediately. I can hit the Run button and Start and the bike will fire right back up. Any one have any suggestions on what I can chase after? Thanks for the help!

I have checked both sides. No corrosion and nice and tight at battery, followed down and seems good. What makes me wonder is when it happens the bike turns on the hazard lights. I can then hit Run then Start and the bike will fire up immediately.
Was reading some other threads and wondering if it could be key ignition. Or wondering if loose connection in right side handle with throttle.

Knows some things
I fought one for a couple months. The first thing I found was the plug to the EHC was loose. I tightened it back down, but though less frequent, the problem still was there. Turned out, when the plug came loose, it broke one of the pins, and it would loose connection every now and then.
Start checking and re-greasing all your plugs, and check the continuity of your key switch.

I had this same problem once and mine turned out to be a loose wire behind the coil cover. Do like Mr Wright said and start checking connections. Its a pain but something is probably loose.

Biker
It is a delicate and severely annoying problem that is hard to find. I'm trying to solve the issue on another bagger right now, as well as a master mech BDM trying to solve it. No luck so far but we will prevail and we will find that bad ground/connection. A big printout of the entire electrical system is of great help as you can start eliminating connectors based on the bikes behavior and hack at those that could cause the fault.

EHC ... going bad same issues beginning of having to just change it or wire it old school.. like I did.. that was after my 3rd new module for my ridg....if you are on the hwy and it just shuts off until you turn key off and then bk on to power up and it starts gtg for another couple miles then that's your answer man..
