Are you using the Vin from the title or from the neck of the bike? And do they match?

Hmmm, something aint quite right. Bike in the pics show an 03 speedo, handlebars, kickstand, coil cover, pegs, HD grips AND its a left side drive. None of which are found on the 05's.

that tank doesn't look right for a BDM chopper
I am not aware of any BDM's shipping in 05 with a Revtech engine.
Rear fender looks like an integrated strut (also not on BDM's)

reminds me more of BMC (Big Mikes Chopper - out of Bend Oregon)
Is that BMC across the back of the fender? Sure looks like it.
Also rake doesn't look right for a Big Dog.

Ok so that’s a ‘04 for sure. May be titled as ‘05 but not. Good thing for you. Contact BDL. They can help you out. When you put the clutch plates in be very attentive to the order they are installed. Not every clutch pack is the same.

After looking more closely at these images I am in complete agreement. I definitely don’t think that is a BigDog Motorcycle. But a BMC chopper.

I run a BDL with a lock up clutch. Call scott and ask him for a lock up clutch.

Thats one style of axle cover BMC used but it was not on all of them -- my 02 had completely different style axel covers.

Also the spoke wheels, not sure if BDM used them around 2003 - 2005?
