Help! Pitbull 2008 Sissy Bar

Hi Everyone,
Dragan here from Sweden again.
I need some help about mounting the sissy bar on my Pitbull 2008.
There is a chrome plugg sitting in the hole where the sissy bar should be and I don´t know how to get the plug out of the struts? Can anyone advice me please?
I have attached a pic of it.

On the 08 K-9 strut it's round plug held in from the bottom with a bolt? If it were that easy you would not be looking for help not sure about what or why yours looks like that. Someone will chime in here shortly.:2thumbs:

08 pit bull went to that new style you have. There is a set screw under the strut if I remember right to remove the plug. There are other post on here about this newer style that is only on the newer Pit bulls

I have removed the two screws and I´m trying to press it up from the little hole that is between the screws but it just won´t pop out. Guess I have to remove the rear fender if I can´t find the trick to get it out.

I have a general question about where to obtain a sissy bar/ fender strut assembly for a 2008 pitbull. do you have any ideas? :up:
