Help on running a new tag light harness

I have a new Tag light harness. First question is what route does it take and to where. Second what is required to be removed in order to replace the harness. I see where it runs up under the electrical covers but after that does it run all the way to the bundle under the tank ?? Thanks in advance for the help.

It runs from the tag, through a tube on the swingers, and ends up close to the EHC. 2 pin jet connector with red and black wire.
