Help! Need fork tubes

Okay, the dog is my primary mode of transportation and the other day the left fork seal blew. Pulled everything apart (replace both sides at the same time) and it is apparent that I need the upper (long skinny) fork tubes. They are scored pretty bad and no amount of polishing will get them smooth enough to hold oil.

So, anyone know who has them and where do I get them??? In advance, thanks you for any help.
