Help Losing spark on 1 cyl at 3k+ Rpms

Hey I have a 2007 big dog k9 and it runs perfect until I'm trying to get on it or even slowly increasing Rpms and at about 3-3500 Rpms it's losing spark on one of the cylinders, I bought new plugs, new plug wires and a coil and still doing the same, when it's losing spark it picks it up and drops it again, I don't know what else to try, any suggestions? Also I pulled the tank and checked all my wire connections as well.

Make sure the voltage regulator is bolted tight to the frame mount. There are two star washers that go between the bracket and the mount bosses for a better ground connection.

Could be a crank sensor also.

Checked the voltage regulator, and it will sometimes run fine but 8 out of 10 times I try ripping on it, it will cut out and lose a cylinder, any other ideas?
