help installing new tubes

My old fork tubes are shot but there is a bushing and a spring and a washer stuck in the bottom of them. I need to remove those to put in my new tubes. It looks like they are placed in the tubes and then the metal is rolled down around them to keep them in. Any idea of how to remove and reinstall these? Thank you very much.

All 3 pictures shows new tube on left and old tube on right.

Thanks for the info! I read GasMans How to. It works great as long as you are using your same tubes. But if you are replacing your tubes with new ones, then these inner parts need removed from the old tube and installed in the new tube. This is a step not needed if not replacing tubes but my tubes are shot.

Those tubes are jacked and being sent back and a proper set sent to the customer.
We have a winner!

See that hole in both tubes?
See the machining for the sleeve stops before the hole is one, but the other has a machine relief past the hole?
See the pressed in sanction tube ring?
See both forks may be 39 mills or whatever the diameter, but the sleeve relief and the pressed washer are two different forks.

Return the fork and order the matching. Send them these photos.

Sorry guys - I was away last night/today.

But yep, Kaptin took care of me! It was a mistake from the parts manufacturer.

That was a head scratcher - but EZ fix!! Thanks Kaptin!
