Help again

Got all the plumbing done on the nitrous and was getting the bike ready to do the wiring. OK its a 2007 K9 with the 4 upper plugs thats no problem , got the right side no problem. now the problem, left side no luck, I've read the threads about this but no luck for me. If the back part of the belt guare was removed it would be ok to remove. I removed the allen bolt at the rear of the guard and can see the two phillip head screws on the front of the guard from the right kooking through to the left. do these really need to be removed? if so you got a 3' screwdriver? I know you guys know what to do:2thumbs:

i assume you are talking about the electrical side covers. sitting on the bike, take off the left side cover, remove the rear exhaust, take the right side cover lose, rotate it inward toward the engine and left side to get the rear lower corner free and then rotate it back out. hope all this makes sense.

great. I dealt with the same problem. my real problem was that I really didn't want to take the exhaust off. I dont think you really have to take it off but it makes sure you dont scratch the cover.
