Heel Rest for 2004 Chopper

I recently looked at an 06 AIH Slammer and it had a set of Heel Rest with a heel guard to keep the heel of your boot off of the exhaust. It was functional and the heel rest was very comfortable. I own a 2004 Chopper and would like to put a set of these on my bike. Any clues as to where I can find something like this or will it need to be a custom build?

Hey, for those long rides these things would be more comfortable and allow you to move your feet around more than just pegs. Seen a lot of them along the hwy on all kinds of bikes.
