Heat shields... Help!

Looking for replacement rear heat shields for my k9. Mfg SKU: 26037 I believe.
Anyone know where to get these shields only?

It seems like they are V&H ?

Yes V&H, The part numbers are: D309HC, And the 3rd digit on the other is harder to read, but looks like D306HC.
