I have the same issue it's called drop foot, some people can regain the use of their foot if the damage is not to severe. My issue has to do with Vietnam chemical spray called Agent Orange a defoliant which kills weeds and damages lower extremities nerves and other shit like cancer for some soldiers. There was a company out in California that made the heel toe shifter forward controls, and I think Mr. Wright was another talented individual who made or modified forward control to help riders with long legs.

I will look up the information you are looking for and maybe some pictures installed and hopefully some before I Installed it. Sorry I can 't do it right now but I will try to have this within the next couple of days

The rocker petal Harley had (without the spring to hold position for the hand shifter) should be able to do what you want. Mounts would need to remade to bolt to BD frame. Moving the petal closer to the Primary and aligning the shifter rod.

Well I couldn't come up with the address, but I think it was Accutronics or something like that out in California. I am going to post a picture of the Forward Control on my Bike. Maybe someone can come up with one like it or close to it. Sorry. I went on E-Bay just for Shit and giggles and there appeared to be some on there but not like what i have.

The guy that made it is no longer with us so can't help you there, but I can tell what he did. He took the Brake lever following the tube it is welded to 2D89C203-.jpg

and just welded the brake lever on the bottom side of the shifter and it worked, but his welding sucked so I gave it away. He took it somewhere and got it chrome plated and it looked good. Hope this gives an idea of how to build one. The price on eBay is well over $1,100 to 2K .

I know there are a few people who could do that on here but if anyone is willing is the big question. If you ask around I’m sure someone has a used assembly you could get it welded and go from there. Good luck
