I just purchased a headlight from a 2005 chopper & I was just wondering if it is a headwinds like on my 03. also is there any tips on getting out swirl marks off the chrome

Gas Man did a "How to" on headlight replacement, but I am not sure if it turns like your 03. There are tips in the Show&Shine forum for cleaning and polishing. Good luck!

My 03 Mastiff had the Headwinds headlamp but it was the "Tradewind" brand. It's Headwinds less expensive shell.
My 05 has a generic shell. I think BDM started contracting them out to whoever could make them. I think you will notice that the 05 has the hood on top unlike your 03 version.

Lots of stuff out there for chrome but in my honest opinion using buffing compounds and other swirl removers just lessons the shine on the headlamp.
