Hello Gentleman,
I'm a bit new here to Big Dog Forums, but I recently purchased a 2004 Ridgeback with a 117. When I bought the scoot, the guy said the low beam was burnt out so no worky. Well, after reading the posts, I realize this could be many issues. I have checked the bulb and both low and Hi are good. I'm only getting 10V to the headlight when ignition is on. Now unfortunately the Hi Beam is not functioning either.
Anyways, I'm trying to troubleshoot and do not have a wiring diagram for my bike. I wanted to check what the Voltage is out of the EHC to eliminate the backbone wiring. The bike starts and runs, but the headlight output is definently a problem. I'm waiting for additional issues to come up.
Also, where is my ignition module located? I took the cam cover off and it looks like it is all stock.
Thank you for your help.
