Yes it's threaded. There is a special tool that can be used to remove it but some have luck gently spinning it out with a punch and gentle tapping. I tried that...after lots of cursing and a couple skinned knuckles I jumped online and ordered a whole new Adjure bucket and lamp. Never was able to get that dam thing apart, eventually cut the bucket and found the reatining ring and bucket had coroded themselved together pretty good.
Pretty sure I ditched the whole thing during last years spring cleaning. I'll keep you in mind when I get back into the garage and start this years cleaning. Recovering from back surgery (successful!) at the moment. If you still have the beauty ring , I am missing the 6" one off my Pitbull.
I might have my old ring in my garage. I will check later and let you know.If you still have the beauty ring , I am missing the 6" one off my Pitbull.

Can you see the ehc....when I changed my bulb the ehc did not have to reset.Negative but I will go do that. The bulb visually looks good. I'll check power. I assumed I would. I'm also wondering if the ehc needs time to reset like a car computer since it had the error code from the burned out bulb?
