May be a bad EHC. Headlight not working is a good sign it may be bad. Check all connections.

Why did you replace the EHC? NOT a good idea to use a test lite.Digital volt meter is the correct way.Make sure you have a good connection inside the headlight bucket.

Had similar problem in the past. Try a meter on the headlight plug. Are both the hi and low lamps out? My problems showed >0 volts to the low side and 1.2 volts to the high side. ==> EHC had shit the bed. Replaced and all was fine...

Mine quit working on my 07 Bulldog too but it fell out of the housing and I ran over it turning on to the interstate..
At the same entrance another time, the bike just died when I turned on to it. The Crank Position sensor went out that time.
Cringe everyday when I go home getting on the interstate there.
