The Burned out LED/fan light equivalent if I replaced it with the same today ($35. + Shipping + tariff from China + 22 day wait = $50. ?) and the light differences:

Low Beam: Larger white light area in center (not my bike and light pointed to low)

High Beam: Larger brighter white light area in center (not my bike and light pointed to low)

LED/fan light Specs:

LED/fan light - more brightness/whiteness 6500k (vs. SunPie at 6000k). but narrower focus and does not look as "cool-custom" as "Widow Maker" SunPie.

"Widow Maker" SunPie - not quit as bright/white overall but wider rainbow light beam, new lens assembly, "cool-custom" UFO look.

In summary I don't eF--in' know which is better... It's up to the individual ! :oldcrazy: :oldswear: :smash: :chopper:

ps: cdogg John, I realize you had said something similar in your own way. I am just know getting your drift...
and with the bike parked light off, in the daytime, I like the look of the "Widow Maker" more.

and this guy explains the differences very well -- even though it is not the "Day-Widow-Maker"

In the end it is still a matter of personal preference,
Sometimes style over function; even with the light off and bike parked, so I am going with the "Widow-Maker" for now.

Night Test Ride -- headlight pretty good, wider angle, "blue-ish" light.
Gotta say not quite as bright as the LED/Fan bulb in the old assembly... but I like the price more $32 for widow maker vs. $90 for LED/fan bulb; and then there is the coolness of the UFO style...

Most of all admittance to the "Day Maker Party" with all-ya-all ! :oldlaugh: :oldhardlaugh:  :whoop::chopper:

Excuse me while I go out and FLASH some people tonight with my new thingy... I will try not to play with it too much, don't want anyone to go blind... :smash:
Lmao go get em!

I rode again with cdogg/John and compared headlights: identical in every way, nothing wrong with mine. I like the look On and Off, now; enough light to do the job! Of course to each his own preference.

All I did was readjust the lamp angle then BOOM. Awesome job as usual.
Ummmm... I just have a question about the stitching on your fork bag. You really only have 117CC? Cause that's like a moped motor. Thinking maybe it is supposed to be 117CI. Please don't take any offense. I just couldn't NOT say anything....

Here's20200601_204749.jpg my LED refit job. 35$ of Amazon. Got it in 3 days. They also had ones with orange, blue, white, chrome, black and other color backplates. This is installed in the stock bucket. Bobanini is crucified to the top outer lip of my bucket now (he tried to jump off on the highway and split my head open so fuck him) but from the looks of his grin, he likes it...
