Technically yes you could.
You could use a 3 way toggle with a relay.

depends on the length of the run but in general on a bike go with 18ga on all but the main line from the battery and use 16ga on it and you will stay in the safe zone.
You can go smaller but you have to know what your doing.

Wired the headlight around the PDM on it's own toggle switch and fuse. Works just fine. I will take it in after bike week and have it checked out. The shop that put in the PDM will look it at for free, so until then at least I have a headlight again.
