Headlight Assembly for 08 Mastiff

Has anyone found a good dealer for replacing the entire headlight assembly?

Did you call Lena at Strokers? Warranty?

Just about to call Strokers...they've always seemed to have parts in stock. Naw, not warranty, the bolt snapped to the bottom bracket and bucket got damaged...along with the fender.

Ouch sorry to hear that...

I saw one somewhere for like $100 or less. A complete headlight assembly from BD is somewhere around $200 + and you'll need to order it.
Ultima makes one that looks very similar to the stock headlights...

Looks like I might be reaching out to them...the only headlight assembly is in Hawaii. Strokers didn't have one. Kind of blows finding one, especially after reading all the posts on others having the bolt break on them as well.

same thing just happened to me, on my ride to daytona but I was lucky and only damaged headlight housing a little. I drilled out bolt, but will be ordering new bracket not sure if I am getting new headlight housing. If not to much trouble let me no how much and where you get it.

Call Headwinds. They used to make our headlights anyway and may still do. I think BDM used there Tradewind version. They should have what you need.

Actually was able to find it in stock with BDM for 238.50 and having dealer order it for me....they told me 2-5 days to get it to me.

Try this

5-3/4" ADJURE SMOOTH MOTORCYCLE HEADLIGHT BUCKET LAMPS - eBay (item 330328073225 end time Mar-26-11 16:55:54 PDT)

That is what I use and the HID kit will fit in this bucket.

call the bd dealer in ca. @ 916- 725-8158, make sure to tell them you need the bucket and whole assy. FYI it didn't come with the bulb assy. DO NOT USE ANY BULBS OVER 60 WATTS
IT'LL DAMAGE THE ECU!!!!!!!!!
