I have had mine vibrate off before I had the ceramic plug, I'd check your connections first, maybe it's just burned out?

My old man was riding my K9 and I'm on the rigid pull up to a stop light and my bulb and headlight is hanging out on the K9! Weird looking over and seeing someone else riding your bike in pieces haha. I just started yelling at him to pull over

Check your wires real good too. My ground wire had rubbed and chafed through the insulation. Added a little shrink tubing and tied it up better. No problems since.
