I HAVE AN '07 CHOPPER AND THE BD OEM HEAD LIGHT. I HAVE THE 55/60 HALOGEN BULB IN IT, BUT IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SAFELY LIGHT UP THE ROAD AHEAD FOR ME TO SEE. IS THERE ANY OTHER BULB OR LIGHT I CAN USE, WITHOUT EFFECTING THE EHC, OR ANY OF OTHER TOUCHY ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ON THIS BIKE SO AT LEAST I CAN HAVE SOME MORE VISIBILITY AT NIGHT?

I use the silverstar bulbs in all of my vehicles. I believe the one for the bike is an H4

If the H4 is larger than 55/60 it will effect my EHC. When I tried to use a larger wattage it killed the solenoid in my air suspension system.

Have you checked to make sure you Headlight is aimed correctly?

Find a flat area (drive way) and measure 25 feet from the wall of your house or garage to the headlight. Now measure from the ground to the center of you headlight. Take that measurement and place a mark (line 6 inches or so long) on the wall of garage or what ever you are using. Now sit on your dog turn your headlight on HIGH BEAM please and shine it at the line you marked on the wall. If the beam it is not centered on the line you need to adjust you headlight up or down or left and right. If that don't work for you go to

Jake at

BIG DOG ELECTRONICS*-*Low Down Chop Shop and get a HID light kit and will guarantee you that you will not be able out run that light no matter how fast you go :D
