Yes, it is a category but that be too easy of an answer. The real answer lies into how the categories were designed.

Looks to me like Section 3 is broken out by Functional System ie...hand controls, transmission, engine, chassis etc...

We ship internationally on eBay as they have a shipping service that is tough to compete with and guarantees the parts arrive safe and sound for the customers. Right now, in the current environment some countries shipping has been shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. That is done by the USPS/UPS, CDC and gov't and out of our control. Once some normalcy returns to the current environment everything should get back on track.

We are indeed working on finding an international solution for the website. Nothing we will be able to do about duties & taxes unfortunately, that is also out of our control.
