Have you ever been down.

Another round please
Twice. I was 18 going through a intersection, my pops Honda 350 twin, car turned left in it and I hit the front end. :bang::bang: I flew over the car, bike underneath the car. The bike was stuck wide open under the car. I tried to get up but fell back down in pain. My shins were tore up, tore ligaments in 1 knee. Had no helmet on, head never touch anything, perfect. Sued that fucker. The 2nd I (21yr old) was coming down Ortega hwy(local 2 lane twisty that is know for its turns ect) I passed a car going to fast on the outside, drifted to the outside, my left bar hit the rock mountain and I was down. Oh did I say I had my brother on the back?:down: Dumb ass. We both rode the rest of the way down in a ambulance. Broken finger on me and other cuts, brothers knee hit the mountain too and jacked that up. That was a 1981 Honda 750 F. I loved that bike, bought it new. Now I ride the Dog to cruise and no more bullshit stuff. If I ever crash again, I am done.

Morris the cat don't have shit on me! The worst was when I was 20 and went straight through a 90 degree turn, went through a wooden fence and hit some apartment mailbox on the other side. You know, the big metal 50 box square concreted into the ground. Split my nose shoving half of it into my sinus cavity, knocked out 6 front teeth, cracked upper and lower molars, had to do a tracheotomy on the spot and broke a leg. The worst was yet to come with 5 plastic surgeries to make me a new nose and all the oral surgery. Just wasn't my time to go.:whoop::cheers:

In 1980 I was running around 60mph on my first chopper(1971 sportster) a car ran a stop sign ran me over broke both of my legs and arms. I was in a wheelchair for 11 months. My wife told me if I ever rode again she would divorce me, as soon as the casts were cut off I bought a brand new 1982 1340 cc Harley. Man I miss that bitch.

20 years ago down at Ft Bragg, hit one of those beagle sized deer on Plank Rd. late at night. Lucky for me someone already hit it and laid it down in the road so it was like hitting a speed bump at 60 mph. Wish the asshole that hit the deer would have moved him off the road. Felt like Evil Knevil but as I hit the deer everything went into 33 1/3 slow motion. A bubba in a pickup truck coming the other way saw road show and stopped to ask if I was alright, and if I didn't want the deer could he keep him. I loaded the deer into his truck and rode over to a local bar and drank beer from a pitcher the rest of the night thanking the big guy in the sky for watching out for me that night.

Yup, "08" recked my 2006 roadking custom going around lake superior on the first day going around a 45 mph curve, hit loose gravel. Airlifted to Duluth and from there to the U of Minnesota for eleven hour surjery on skull with to neurosurgens, Doc said if I had a helmet on I probably would have broke my neck as I landed on my right ear and shoulder four and a half month recoupe:2thumbs:

1986 going about 45 around a sharp turn, heading straight for a car, went to the left side of the car, slid across a drive way, hit a bank, bike flipped over me weged against a fence, I had no shirt, shorts on, walked away with just some road rash. Scared the shit out of me. Chalk that up as a learning experence.
