Did it have little buttons on the front of the grips where you're finger tips would be?

I have no idea about the bike at all. A guy took the pictures at a show in town and sent them to me asking about the handlebar set up. I bet a few guys here know how to do it though. Seatmaker being one.

Big Brad says he has a set and they are Eddie Trottas. You could PM him and see what he says about them.

Damn that's sweet! I have a brown gator seat on my pitull and it looks great against the candy apple red paint! IMHO

I work with the guy that owns the bike. The bars where done at cutting edge cycles in St. Peters Mo. If u think the bike looks good in the pic you should see the bike now.

I run an internal throttle. I rode an internal clutch once and I think it sucks, just not something I'd want, but to each his own. If you do get an internal throttle, DO NOT buy one from exile (buddy had one, they stick), Streamline designs or Vtwin (crud gets in them and they bind up) The latest one I have is from Moto-X and looks like a really nice piece, and it's sealed. I haven't installed it yet. MotoXcycle-Unique Custom Motorcycles Chassis and Components . Make sure it has a return spring, and the bearings are all sealed so dirt can't get in it. Have a custom throttle cable made with a clutch type adjuster so you can take out throttle slack. It's a constant maintenance item, needs to be taken apart and serviced often. I love mine, and everyone said it wouldn't be practical for long trips but it's fine if you take care of it. Toss your right hand switches because there just ain't enough room in there for everything. The guy in the pic likely has dual master cylinders for the front and rear brakes and some sort of balancing valve so both brakes are operated from the forward control, but can't really tell from the pic. It looks like he has a brake line running down to the front wheel.

This is the old V-twin setup I had, but it fell apart on me twice.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of doing the internals on my Pan but your experiences are real life and appreciated. The proportional valve for the front & rear brakes is adjustable but probably not for me because there are so many times I've felt it necessary to lean a little heavier on one or the other based on the situation. But, like all custom creations,a lot of times practicality and functionality take a back seat to looks and creativity.

Beautiful Bike!!!:2thumbs:
