Yep, bought the lift when I saw the sale, Eric has had his for a few years now and made modifications to fit a K-9 better. I was always nervous with just the motorcycle lift as it rocks a little even strapped.

Hey David.... I have that lift and it works great... takes up little space, has low clearance so it slides under the bike easily. The only caveat I experienced is that my Vance and Hines 2 into 2 pipes I had to watch how far you push it under the bike. I have a picture of my 2006 BDM K9 on it; however, it is on a separate hard drive that I won't have access to until this weekend. If you would like me to post a picture let me know so I remember to post it when I get back.

Hey guys so I’m in the market for a lift looking at reviews platform lift is nice but still need to get the wheels up. Was looking at the high position lift what are you thoughts. Thanks.
A buddy of mine has that lift and that's what I used when I did my Fournales Shock upgrade -- I'd buy one of them over a table any day of the week. I sold my table for lack of space to use it (can't get the bike in the shed right now (narrow door and too much other stuff in shed).
I was really pleased using that jack -- wheels off the ground and easy access to anything on the underside.

The table is a lot more stable. Buy the Harbor freight wheel chock too, and their scissor lift. You can remove the front of the wheel chock , and raise the front of the bike also.

And the Harbor freight jack has strap downs to stabilize the bike not seen in mjsk9's pics.

When I did the shocks on my K-9, the bike was very stable and I had no qualms about laying underneath it torqueing away at the bolts -- bike never budged.

It all depends on you space, the lift table takes up a LOT of space, although it can double as a parking space.

You are correct Mike, in David's post on Wednesday (see below) the lift shows the straps. In my pics, just a quick lift without the straps to see how it operated.....
