Its pretty straight forward. I would just put something over the tank just in case you lose control of you bar.

I just installed some from Wild Steed Works on my 05 Chopper. Very easy and oh what a difference. Just loosened and removed the bolts and cup washers. Gently let the bars hang, removed the old rubber and metal bushings (the rubber was deformed and in serious need of replacement), pushed in the new poly ones and bushings, topped off with the included metal caps and bolted back on (added some blue thread locker).
Noticed the difference right away. I should have replaced them earlier.

just did my 04 Ridgeback...simple
............Just unbolt one side completely,loosen up the other side,swing bars enough to drop out the old bushing on the one side that has the bolt completely gone,install new bushing,re-install bolt..........same procedure for other side..then torque handlebar bolts to 65ft pds of torque and your done..........:2thumbs:
