Had to Paint Something

So, I had these cow skulls and piggy banks lying around collecting dust. Finally had some time and decided to try painting them. This is the first cow skull, black and orange with a flat clear, then added the gold leaf design. Had some "pleather" scraps and glued those on where the horns meet the skull. Before doing that, I added a orange thread to keep the color theme going.









On the piggy bank I went with the HD theme on one, black and orange and added the bar and shield with gold leaf. I did the other in flat black and added a quick pinstripe to it. I definitely need some practice in the pinstriping area, that's for sure!













Just finished another cow skull this evening. Will post pics after I get it finished.

Hahaha yeah me too, cept mine is hanging on the cabinets out in the pump house. I also have a porpoise, pelican, and buck skull hanging out there......with no artistic inspiration to do something like that. Good job :2thumbs:

Well since bike week is coming up here in AZ and my buddy is going to have a vendor tent, I'm thinking of asking him to see if he can sell it.
