Hey homeboy who is next in line someone else or me.That reaper is freaking cool.Damn it will be hard to follow that paint job, ooh well you put the pressure on yourself.Do me please? I know when you start sketching and the price we talked it will be sick as hell and be worth alot more than what you charge. I will more than likely find a way to get more bike covered and pawn something off or sell the kids Christmas presents to get more, your work is addicting as hell harder to quit than smoking( Cigs.)When you run out of paint space i geuss its time to get another dog.Let me tell you guys who read this that don't know i'm in remisson from a bone marrow transplant i have more shitty days than good when Ed was doing my tank i had more good days than bad.Im so sick of being sick hes getting the front and rear fender and the side covers i know seeing his work will boost my spirits and get me feeling better again,so the people on this forum that i annoy too bad i'm BACK!!!:roll:p.s. Ray i looked but got impatient for a how to on taking the rear fender off a Ridgeback I do not want to take the tire off if possible. Thanks guys or gals for any help not much space between the tire and fender...
Someone can correct me if im wrong here i have never taken one off the Ridgeback, By looking at your picture you would need to take the seat off unplug the wireing for the rear llights then undo the 4 bolts holding the fender struts to your Frame, then that should all come off together then you can take the bolts out of the fender that holds the fender to the struts THat is the way my K-9 Fender came off

BBD, should be pretty simple to first unhook your wiring in front of the rear fender. This is your brake and running lights with quick dis-connects, should be just behind the battery or somewhere in that area.
Then it would be better if you had and extra set of hands, pull the four strut bolts and lift free. Then you can put on the work bench and remove the struts and turn signals. You will have to pull off the connectors inside the turnsignals to get the wiring out of them. Threads here on the tool that you need. You can get it at any auto store. Or use a pin and fittle with it.

Can't wait to see the matching paint.

Borger you wouldn't have to get inbetween the fender and tire there are two allen head bolts on each side that hold the fender struts to your lower frame arms if you unplug the wireing for rear lights (both plug into one main plug right under the back of your seat) the fender and struts will come off together (Pretty sure) then you can undo the bolts from the struts to the fender
