Great Service for our Parts

I would like to compliment and thank HDM Inc - (www.bigdogpartskingpin.com) for their wonderful service. Recently I purchased some parts from them for my 07 K9 thru eBay. The part tracking system showed that the parts had been delivered even though they had not. I suspected our flaky mailman from the get-go but not knowing what other options there might be opened a case with eBay. I was contacted personally by HDM within 48 hours letting me know that they were going to send replacement parts at no charge to me. They even refused my offer to pay any shipping cost. I was blown away. These guys are a great resource for us that own these bikes - they always seem to have the stuff that I need. I highly recommend them. Hope everyone is well. Merry Christmas!

Love HDM Inc. I search around for parts and most times get them from Eric. I really like that I can call or txt him & usually his response is immediate. Great help from Derek & Donna also always on my orders & the shipping is so fast sometimes it blows my mind.

If you think their service is great, you should meet them in person ! I've had the pleasure of stopping by their business a few times, and was treated like family, Donna went out of her way to make sure that we had a good time while there. Derek loaded us up in his vehicle and hauled us into town for lunch. I'll figure out a way to make the long trip to stop in and see them again in the future. A person couldn't ask to meet better, nicer people!
