Hey guys just a heads up on one of our vendors. I had chrome peeling on a set of grips I got from DLXPRODOX.com - DLXPRODOX.com a little less than a year ago. Long story short I called them and set up a return due to the chrome flaking. They agreed to re-chrome the grips for me. Now fast forward with life and getting my shop up and running... the bike and grips sat in the back of my new shop for 3-4 months. I Just got the grips sent off to be re-chromed and with bike week comming up I wanted to try and get them back asap.
Keep in mind that I am to blame in the fact I waited until the last min to send them off.
I called DLX to see what the time frame was to have them re-chromed. It would have been cutting it way too close to bike week to get them back.
I thought I was going to have to use my old stock grips....Until DLX took great care of me and sent a freash new set out to me that showed up today!!!:2thumbs:
:2thumbs: I just wanted to give a public thanks to them for taking great care of me. Really nice to see a company stand behind what they sell and go above and beyond. Great people and service!
