SKOGDOG
One of the old ones.
There was a thread a while back about the Governor (formerly US Senator) Sam Brownback's ride....being a proud Kansas biker, what else but a BDM?
Brownback was touring in the area and stopped in Ft. Scott where Blacktopper and I joined the Wild Bunch for the ride to our hometown, Pittsburg.
Dunno too much about the politics, but that fella can ride OK.
Kind of a cool side- story: We in a parking lot when he arrived on his Big Dog ... He pulled in and stopped near our K9's, and with many Conservative Republican businessmen around (remember these guys write big checks), he got off his bike, looked over at Blacktopper's and my K9's and said "Those are Big Dogs!" And promptly shook hands with each of us before he went on to 'work the crowd'.
Gotta love a guy with clear priorities and values. It's still about the ride.......
