Thanks Reaper for the photos. My photos were done with my cell phone, and I was in a hurry to get back to work when I took them. Like I said, the bag sits higher then my primary, and doesn't scrape at all. I think you guys will be very happy with it. I know I am.
No problem, glad you like your new bag, I really like mine.:2thumbs:

Hey Reaper,
I put the strap buckles on the inside of the bag, that seemed to allow the straps to tighten, and I don't have to worry about the buckles scratching the paint. Did you do the same? Just curious....

Here are the instructions on attaching this bag, hope it helps. And yes, the buckles will be on the inside of the bag.

I started on the bottom of the bag first, I thread the strap from the inside of the bag top slit, out the bag, around the frame, and into the bag thru the bottom slit. I then pulled it tight, and buckled it. The excess strap then comes up the bag on the inside.

For the top straps I started at the bottom slit inside the bag, fed it out, around the frame, and then back into the bag thru the top slit. The excess strap goes down into the bag on the inside.

If done this way, the straps lay against the back of the bag. That way they are not in the way when you put stuff in there.

It was kind of a pain in the ass to figure this out, but once it is done, you see it is the best way to do it.

Also want to add that the buckles will be up against the inside back of the bag, that way the excess straps will lay against the back of the bag on the inside.
