Got my Orders!

Got my orders today! Back to the East Coast! Headed to Va Beach for one last tour unless the Navy decides to promote me again, which I wouldn't have a problem with that! Can't wait to be back near the ocean again. I will be leaving Memphis in November! Wife, myself and kiddos are stoked to be going back to family and friends! Its been a long 6 years being stationed away from them.

Congratulations on the move to Virginia Beach. Do you know what Base you will be at? I use to work at Little Creek, and Dam Neck. Have to plan a ride to Boneshakers, Knuckleheads, or Diesel for a cold one.

Finally made it out of Memphis! Hallefuckinglujah! Got to Va Beach in time to spend Thanksgiving with my family. Anybody in Va Beach wanna meet up just let me know.

Glad to here you are going where you want to go. Its not often that we get what we want. I also am getting ready to do my possible last tour unless I get promoted. I just got orders out to Whidbey Island. Do my three years there and If I get promoted I will have to do one more sea tour if not and I have to retire so be it. I have not had shore duty since 1999 and I am more than ready to make up for lost time with the wife.
