Wow...thanks for all the replies. I have to admit, my face was a little sore this morning from all the grinnin' yesterday during my first ride. I was totally surprised with how much attention this bike gets. This truck passed me with a guy and chick in it. I swear the chick wanted to show me her boobs (just like the commercial), but the dude was looking in my direction checkin' the bike out also which F'd it up for me.:lol:
I was on the fence between the Ridgeback and K-9. I test rode both before my purchase. I was really impressed how well the RB rode. It was nothing like I expected it to be like based on what other people say about rigid rides. Granted, the K-9 is also a great bike and has a better ride hands down, however, the RB rides extremely well considering the rigid frame. I just like the look of the RB better, so for me it was a no-brainer. My advice for the guys/gals that like the look of the RB but are affraid of the rigid ride is...don't be and GO FOR IT! Although, I strongly recommend test riding before purchase.
