got a new tomioka racing b1500 battery for the k-9 today and WOW! when I bought the bike they had put new bikemaster battery in it and it did ok, didn't last long though, only 9 months. got the tomioka in Friday and hooked the battery maintainer/slow charger on it over night, went to start it this morning and OMG, huge difference. I didn't know the starter could spin the 117 C.I. engine that fast! battery may cost more than others but its worth the money so far, wait an see how long it lasts now.

great to hear everyone has been having good luck with them and liking them. as soon as it quits raining here and weather warms a little, I will really put it to the test cause I ride it everyday and everywhere I can when the weather allows. and I bought my battery through Advance Speed Shop cause at the time they had the best price and nobody near where I live carries them.

Orderd one from EDO performance and it arrived with a hole in it. The packing sucked. Quick shipping though. Sent it back. The new one will be here Monday, hopefully in better shape.

Will this battery fit my 08 Mastiff? I guess I could pull it out and measure, but thought you guys would probably know. ??

I couldn't tell you for sure. I could measure mine for you but really all you would have to do is look up the tomioka B1500 battery and will probly tell ya. sorry, hopefully somebody else will reply that knows more.

I have not had any issued with mine either. I have had the key on and adjusted the head light for about 10 minutes or so adjusting the head light and it started right up. :2thumbs:

Got mine in today and fit like a glove. Man what a difference!!! No more flashing signals due to low output!! Can't wait to put her on the road.
