Got it today, super simple install. Its reading 2 mph fast, according to the gps on my phone. Gonna straighten that out tommorow. New front tire should be here any day, got the Dyna Beads waiting. Thanks again to Mad Dog. Would it be more accurate to go by the measured mile or GPS?

I would assume the GPS, but I am not sure that the phone is the GPS of choice. If you don't have a dedicated GPS, borrow one from someone before you start changing settings to confirm that there is a slight variation.

Speedo is dead on, got my new front tire on yesterday. Had it balanced just to make sure, rides great 1-120 (don't ask, I was trying to keep up) Put the Dyna-Beads in it today, that was a project, at least for the rear tire, must've plugged it up 10 times, but the front went perfect (learning curve). Raining today so wont be able to test it out til tomorrow. Looks better without wheel weights.
