Good times at Atlanta Motor Speedway

My wife bought me a SpeedTech driving experience at ATL Motor Speedway. They assign you cars by your size and I got extremely lucky to get the best all time and my favorite driver of all time the black #3. It was good fun with the only problem being 6 laps isn't enough. Once you get really comfortable in the car and hitting your marks so you can turn up the wick, you are done. I will do it again. Probably Talladega next. I have put my in-car video and some pics below. I had a huge smile on my face all day. :D

Now that is frigging cool!! I was at TMS in march of 2000 with garage passes, Jr's first win, bought a leather Earnhardt jacket that day and got Big E, Little E, Larry Mcreynolds, Richard Childress, Robert Yates, Jack Roush and a bunch of others autographs on it there. Went to Talladega in October 2000 for Big E's last win, he was 17th place 5 laps from the end and marched to the front and won it, i was listening to him on the scanner and when he passed the finish line he said "I Ain't Believing This Shit!!",,, Had a friend at Daytona March 18 2001,,, got a Daytona Speedway Hat with that date on it,, Sure was shocked,,,NASCAR changed that day for me,,,

Very cool. It appears that was a 1998 car based on the 50th Anniversary of NASCAR sticker on it. I agree, it changed for me that day also. Still hard to believe. My dad and I were just discussing the other day how different NASCAR would be today if he were still alive.
