Hey My big dog family, I need some help. I'm going crazy I let a friend ride my Pitbull and he loses the damn gas cap. And I can't find a new one any where.. Any suggestions??

Tried them no luck.. It's not a OEM tank. I have tried 6 different pop up caps...

Measure every bit of that you can reach.

Call them and see if thats the system that got welded in.
If not search for weld in flush gas cap motorcycle on google.
You need to watch for depth, thread and diameter. (Thread will be hardest to measure but should be able to go just with the diameter of the threaded section)

I'm going to take a wild guess and say what is missing is the Paint saver collar. Then a BD gas cap will screw into that.

You prolly wont find a BD specific cap. Look @ a standard Harley cap. Once the factory paint savers are out, HD caps fit.

It looks a little deep to possibly work. It's some other aftermarket gas tank. Hopefully that weld in bung is standard Harley otherwise he is looking for a needle in a haystack. That bike would have had split tanks originally.
